About the Project
The 2006/07 Sector-specific Programme (SSP) is funded by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) of the HKSAR Government. The project to "Promote the Use of E-business in the SME Community" (Project) is developed and managed by the Hong Kong Small and Medium Enterprises Association (SME Association), the Hong Kong Information Technology Federation Limited (HKITF), and Digital Trade and Transportation Network Limited (DTTNCo).

eSims is a sophisticated but easy to use e-logistic system written in WEB2.0, JEE5, Struts framework, AJAX and integrating with DTTN (A Super E-Document Conversion Engine). It can be operated in any WEB environment. The main objective of this system is to simplify the daily operations and provide up-to-date statistics through the following modules: Job Entry, Shipping Order, Load Plan List, Bill of Lading, Freight Invoice and the management reports ... etc.
